James Counce
President
James Counce developed a passion for building at an early age while assisting his family in the restoration of an 8,000 sq. ft estate designed by the renowned Eleanor Raymond. Since then, the U.S. Army veteran earned additional experience working for various national production builders and custom home builders across the nation. He finally created his own start up company in 2002 with only one employee. Forty seven employees later and with more than 11 developments and 230 individual homes under his belt, two of which were successful landmark restorations in the River Oaks subdivision, James sold his company. He then started Brewer Custom Builders.    Brewer Custom Builders has completed 2 additional Landmark restorations and has built many full custom homes.    James is now building large commercial developments and has added civil land work to Brewers portfolio.
